Open To Serve You In The CWE

We won’t begin our move until October.

Until then, we’re open daily in the Central West End.

Stop in. Your Place is Waiting.

Where Traditions Carry On

A ST. LOUIS FINE DINING RESTAURANT INSPIRED BY THE FRENCH BRASSERIE.

A NOTE FROM AARON TEITELBAUM

Many of you have heard the news by now that Herbie’s is moving this Fall. We know that is a shock to our longtime guests who, like us, have grown to adore our little corner of the Central West End.

But an opportunity for growth presented itself and we couldn’t say no. In our world, change is important. And if you’re not changing, you’re not growing. And we’re excited to continue our traditions as we grow in Clayton.

This restaurant space on Euclid has been part of the revitalization of the Central West End since the very earliest days. It’s what the “Vintage ’72” honors in our name. And I want to assure you that we are devoted to preserving the spirit that has been at the heart of this bistro, along with the very best cooking and the finest service.

We are confident that this spot on Euclid will become something new and exciting and that the growth of the neighborhood we all love will continue. As a company, we remain involved and invested in the CWE, through Kingside Diner on Maryland Avenue.

You have come to expect a relaxed elegance at Herbie’s, and that’s what we’re taking with us in the move.

To stay connected as we pack and unpack, sign up for our move updates. You’ll receive photos of the construction and updates on special events related to the move. And we’ll send you a coupon for a drink on us at the new place.

Thanks for believing in us.
